May 24, 2018 Thank you for the response. I first tried deleting the user settings folders in C:UsersUserNameAppDataRoamingPreSonusStudio One 4x64. The Studio 1 uninstaller was not removing these directories. Once removed, Studio 1 Version 4 went through the new setup scripts and everything worked fine. Studio one 4.5 waiting for plug in scan process. May 23, 2019 Another 'workaround' that worked for me for now instead of staying online was to run version 4.1.4 let all plugins scan then turn plug in scan off save, then when launch 4.5 it skips plugin scan and all 3rd party plugins showed.
